Custodian

Clean and disinfect work rooms, kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, and exterior entrances daily while removing trash and conducting weekly, monthly, and seasonal cleaning. Assist with set-up and clean-up for meetings and special events, perform emergency clean-ups and minor repairs, and conduct periodic maintenance activities. Monitor outside contractors, communicate repair issues to the principal, and maintain building security by securing keys, turning off lights, and adjusting thermostats. Apply universal precautions and comply with MSDS regulations throughout all cleaning and maintenance tasks.
