Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning of work sites, restrooms, and exterior areas in offices, shops, and other occupied spaces per contract requirements. Perform spot cleaning, high dusting, window washing, and trash disposal while adhering to safe procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment. Maintain orderly conditions across all assigned zones, including children's furniture and playground equipment, and retrieve items from high and low areas. Work independently for eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, complying with Phoenix Personnel Policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check, per company requirements.

- Ability to be independently mobile on all surfaces and in all situations.
- Ability to move safely about the work area.
- Ability to retrieve items from high and low areas.
- Ability to perceive size, discrimination, temperature, shapes, and/or textures.
- Physical stamina to work at least 8 hours per day.
- Adequate ability for conversation, telephone use, and emergency information systems.
- Must be authorized for coverage under agency insurance if operating an agency vehicle, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and/or the required level of personal auto insurance.
- Ability to possess and maintain a security clearance applicable for the assigned work area.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least six months of experience in a similar position is desired.
- The ability to read and write the English language is highly desired.
