Custodian-Day Shift (28.75 hours per week)

Conduct daily custodial services across secondary school buildings, ensuring a sanitary and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; dust and wipe furniture; empty wastebaskets; replace light bulbs; and sanitize restrooms using established chemical procedures. Assist in preparing facilities for classroom activities, meetings, and events by setting up rooms, stripping and sealing hard surface floors, and shampooing carpets. Help with landscaping, snow removal, and building security during shifts. Report to an Operations Supervisor on a roving schedule of 28.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 11:45 am.
