Job Summary
Custodian responsible for cleaning Culver Academies campus facilities, including floors, furniture, chalkboards/erasers, drinking fountains, toilets/urinals, showers, walls, light fixtures, windows, and glass areas; operates power-driven floor sweepers, scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and waxing machines; rearranges furniture to enable thorough cleaning; removes trash and maintains school property adjacent to buildings; shifts include Day (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Evening (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), and Night (4:00 PM–12:00 AM); requires High School Equivalent and a valid Indiana driver's license; physical requirements include lifting at least 25 lbs, bending, stooping, and extensive walking; benefits include medical, dental, vision, Life Insurance, 403b, paid holidays, paid vacation after 60 days, on-site health clinic, and tuition remission opportunities; Culver is an equal opportunity employer.
