Job Summary
The Custodian is responsible for performing maintenance and cleaning tasks across various buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining floors, washing windows and walls, and disinfecting bathrooms. Other duties involve dusting furniture, changing light bulbs, emptying trash, and removing snow and ice in winter. Candidates should have a valid Michigan driver's license and experience with cleaning tools and chemicals is desirable. Full-time positions available include various shifts with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the use and maintenance of building and cleaning equipment and tools
- Experience in the use of cleaning chemicals and solvents
- Previous institutional custodial experience
