Job Summary
Custodian/Cleaning/Maintenance for City facilities including City Hall and nearby properties. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining floors and restrooms, trash removal, light maintenance (changing bulbs), cleaning procedures, restocking supplies, setting up for events, and assisting with special projects. Requires independent work, ability to prioritize duties, knowledge of basic cleaning supplies and equipment, and compliance with safety standards. Must possess a GED or high school degree and a valid driver’s license. Overtime/night work may occur in emergencies. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement.
