Job Summary
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean interior glass and dust throughout the facility, including the lobby, restrooms, conference rooms, mix rooms, breakrooms, offices, kitchenettes, shop floor, warehouse sinks, and supply closets. Empty trash and restock restroom supplies while ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained. Collaborate with the facilities manager on supply reorders and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately. Maintain neat personal appearance and exercise sound judgment regarding client confidentiality. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, pass a criminal background check, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for special events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift or move materials up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all matters including client confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work special events
- Good command of the English language and understand of oral or written instructions
- Frequent walking throughout the facility with ability to walk, bend or stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and high-energy environment
- Maintaining neat and clean personal appearance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial facility
