Job Summary
The Custodian will be responsible for performing basic cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal, ensuring cleanliness in assigned areas. Key responsibilities include cleaning high-traffic areas, stocking bathrooms, sweeping and vacuuming, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, and ensuring cleaning supplies are secure. The position requires physical capabilities to handle demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, communicating effectively, and completing tasks within designated timeframes. A minimum of 2 years related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
