Custodian

Custodian responsible for a broad range of custodial and light groundskeeping duties in school facilities. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing walls/woodwork/fixtures, emptying trash, and replenishing restrooms; operate cleaning equipment; arrange and move furniture; perform minor repairs; may open/secure buildings and manage end-of-day duties; ensure cleanliness of sidewalks and grounds; maintain supplies and order as needed. Requires physical ability to operate equipment and effective communication; high school diploma or GED preferred and prior custodial experience advantageous.
