Job Summary
Custodian position with Brady Sullivan Properties in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities include routine cleaning and maintenance of entrances, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas; periodic floor stripping, waxing, and buffing; cleaning cabinets and fixtures; shampooing carpets; trash removal; dusting and cleaning walls and vents. Requires previous cleaning experience, ability to follow directions, organizational skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
