Job Summary
Clean assigned school facilities daily, including furniture, fixtures, floors, restrooms, and windows. Shovel and salt walkways, remove trash, and perform minor repairs like replacing light bulbs. Secure buildings at shift end, report damage or leaks, and replenish supplies as needed. Follow MSDS guidelines, safety protocols, and FERPA regulations while maintaining a professional appearance. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least three months of cleaning experience. Valid driver's license and background check required. Physical demands include lifting up to 70 pounds and working in variable conditions. Competitive pay with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
