Job Summary
Pull trash, sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and clean restrooms while stocking and maintaining the supply room. Follow all health and safety regulations and work efficiently with others. Maintain integrity and communicate effectively as a trainable custodian with proven janitorial experience. Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a janitor (1-3 years)
- Lead custodian must have 2 or more years' experience as a janitorial team lead/supervisor
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Trainable and good communicator
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable mode of transportation (personal vehicle, public transit) -No Uber, Lyft, etc.
