Custodian responsible for routine and specialized cleaning across the Wavetronix Springs campus, including restrooms, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, trash removal, and dusting; performs periodic projects such as carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning; operates vacuums, floor scrubbers, and sprayers; prepares and resets rooms for daily use; assists with event setup and furniture moving; may perform duties outside core scope; physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for 8-hour shifts; requires effective communication and use of Facilities Link software.
