Job Summary
As a Team Member, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, thoroughly cleaning & stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, preparing & serving quality food, and a variety of tasks to meet travelers’ needs. Duties include friendly customer interactions, operating POS and handling payments, ensuring proper food handling (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, temperature checks), completing kitchen tasks (prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stocking and sanitizing workstations/equipment, cross-selling and upselling products, maintaining knowledge of plaza offerings, following brand standards and food-safety procedures, and performing other tasks as assigned. Requires ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work a schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Essential Experience & Skills: Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
