Custodian and Cart Clerk Full Time

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, ensuring they are well-stocked, clean, and in working order. Removes trash and debris from the parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior grounds, then operates equipment such as floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers following established safety standards. Performs wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, and washing glass inside sales floors, offices, and restrooms. Conducts minor building repairs and notifies management of major issues. Restocks maintenance supplies and ensures supply areas remain organized. Requires regular, predictable full attendance.
