Job Summary
Custodian (AM shift) at Verde Clean responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across facilities. Key duties include cleaning and maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces; restroom disinfection), restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels), floor care, identifying safety hazards and reporting them, and providing courteous customer service to staff and visitors. The role requires the ability to operate cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, work independently, and lift up to 25 lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm; pay is $18/hour.
