Job Summary
Custodian responsible for custodial services at the assigned site, ensuring an attractive, sanitary, and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors; performs a variety of cleaning operations; prepares facilities for classroom activities and campus events; supports fellow custodians in the performance of their assignments; and ensures that tasks are completed safely and on time. Duties include assisting with site snow removal, attending trainings, cleaning facilities and grounds, delivering items, informing staff of safety and maintenance information, lifting up to 80 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 150 pounds, monitoring activities for safety, performing summer maintenance, maintaining custodial equipment, preparing the site for daily operations, replenishing supplies, responding to safety concerns, assisting with inquiries, securing facilities, and supporting other maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Job related experience is required
