Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or GED
• •Must be able to work second shift hours
• •Valid Minnesota driver's license
• •Must have the physical ability to regularly lift and hoist up to 50 pounds

• •Knowledge of County and departmental policies, procedures, and practices
• •Knowledge of Basic cleaning and repair responsibilities and procedures surrounding the maintenance of a large facility
• •Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe operation of tools and equipment
• •Skill in Communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, and the general public
• •Skill in Reading, writing, and speaking English proficiently
• •Skill in Organizing and prioritizing work
• •Skill in Operating hand tools, small power tools, and other job-related equipment
