Job Summary
Perform on-site custodial work including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, wet mopping, and disinfectant cleaning of restrooms. Assist with periodical tasks such as floor stripping, sealing, carpet cleaning, and window washing while using light and heavy equipment. Attend all required agency meetings and training sessions, strictly following safety procedures and policies. Convey a positive professional image to employees and customers, understanding the needs of disabled and disadvantaged individuals. Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance over 50 lbs. using a lifting belt, work on feet for long periods, and move up and down stairs. Pass pre-screenings including background or drug screenings. Report to work in inclement weather with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications

- Position is considered essential personnel and will be required to report to work in inclement weather.
