Job Summary
Maintain facility cleanliness and safety by cleaning windows, scrubbing floors and baseboards, and performing assigned yard work. Assist in keeping the entire building and grounds in operating condition while ensuring the cafeteria remains sanitary. Follow instructions from the head custodian or designee to complete tasks such as tool care and public interaction. Work four hours daily for 184 days at a prorated annual salary of $7,360 to $12,512.

- Dependable and able to assume responsibility
- Good physical health
- Neat and clean in appearance
- Ability to care for tools and materials
- Ability to lift and/or move up to forty (40) or more pounds
- Accurate perceiving of sound, near and far vision, depth perception
- Ability to work for the duration of the daily contracted time period
- Ability to be physically present and at assigned work
- Only infrequent unexcused absences during the contract year
