Custodian - 8 hours/day, 12 months/year @ WC Friday Middle Leadership Academy

Custodian at WC Friday Middle Leadership Academy (8 hours/day, 12 months/year) responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings, operating heating and air conditioning equipment, loading/unloading trucks, delivering supplies, and performing general maintenance tasks. Performs floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), restroom cleaning, window and surface cleaning, trash removal, grounds/sidewalk upkeep, and basic equipment upkeep. Must work independently with minimal supervision, follow schedules, and communicate with administration and staff. Physical duties include heavy lifting and operating cleaning and lawn equipment; prior custodial experience or equivalent training preferred.
