Job Summary
The Custodian will perform essential cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, emptying wastebaskets, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in various areas such as bathrooms and offices. Responsibilities include mixing cleaning solutions, notifying supervisors about supply needs, and polishing fixtures. Physical requirements include standing for 80% of the time, able to lift/carry 50 pounds, and perform various movements to clean different work areas. Training or experience in custodial work for three to six months is required, along with passing necessary security and drug tests for employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have three to six months of training or experience
- Must be able to pass security clearance for designated contracts
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment criminal history background check
- Must be able to pass drug testing
