Job Summary

Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, and scrub floors while cleaning restrooms, classrooms, hallways, windows, and furniture. Empty waste receptacles, remove cobwebs, polish woodwork, and disinfect water fountains. Maintain equipment, request supplies, and perform minor repairs like painting and light bulb replacement. Secure the building, check for hazards, and assist with setup for school activities and seasonal duties such as snow removal. Work the 2:30pm to 11:00pm shift, 260 days a year, reporting to the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor.

Required Qualifications
