Custodian 2nd Shift

Oversee and direct daily cleaning operations for Huron Academy's K-8 campus, managing a team of custodial staff and allocating tasks to ensure efficient completion. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while developing cleaning schedules and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment. Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues to management. Perform hands-on duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing floors, dusting surfaces, and collecting trash. Assist with setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and special events. Work Monday through Friday from 11am to 7:30pm with regular attendance required.
