Job Summary
Vacuum carpeted floors and cement areas using industrial equipment, sweeping, mopping, and dusting all building zones including shipping, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces. Disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and offices by wiping surfaces, washing fixtures, and treating floors with disinfectant. Remove trash from the building and grounds, emptying garbage cans and ash buckets while stocking the break room with supplies and preparing beverage machines. Clean windows inside and outside the facility using lifts, and scrub hard-to-reach areas under equipment and overhead. Ensure the building is in Tour Ready condition at all times. Work the 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 12:30am Monday through Thursday at our Kansas City Distribution Center.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Walking, stretching, and lifting for the duration of the shift
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
