Job Summary
Clean and maintain district facilities using routine procedures to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations. Requires reading and understanding cleaning/safety procedures, following directions from supervisors, flexible schedules, and physical labor. Experience in custodial work or willingness to learn. Tools include buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, shampooers, extractors, and burnishers; frequent standing, lifting 20-80 lbs, and exposure to dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Work location: Dawson High School custodial duties; 261 days/year with in-person work. Pay rate: min $12.70/hr to mid $15.30/hr.
