Job Summary
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum building floors; gather and empty trash; clean restrooms, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using specified solutions. Mix detergents or acids, steam-clean carpets, and strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage. Monitor security by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliances. Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or with hand trucks. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations and tables for board meetings and events. Perform related duties as required. Full-time, 12-month role based in Northeast Philadelphia.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable and able to work some weekends
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
