Job Summary
Custodial Trainer responsible for organizing trainings and conducting personal assessments for custodial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning and maintenance protocols. Duties include educating custodians, identifying training needs, selecting and delivering appropriate training materials (including manuals and video instruction), scheduling trainings for new hires and ongoing seminars, training on safety rules and procedures, evaluating training effectiveness through surveys and records, providing performance feedback to trainees, assisting supervisors with employee communication and career development, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources, 1–2 years custodial experience and training, and completion of all safety and task training certifications. Location: Cranberry Township, PA, USA; in-person role with evening shift hours (5pm–1:30am) described in the post.
