Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred; prior floor care equipment experience a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection techniques, infection control practices, and hospital hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and active listening skills; must read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
