Job Summary
Clean and disinfect restrooms, lounges, waiting rooms, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, and corridors to the highest hygiene standards, paying close attention to high-touch surfaces. Operate and maintain floor care equipment including scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and steam cleaners to polish, refinish, and apply chemicals safely. Empty trash, monitor supply inventory, and report shortages or maintenance issues promptly. Work Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 8:00pm with flexible scheduling. Requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of janitorial experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Comprehensive background check and fingerprinting required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection techniques
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Knowledge of hospital hygiene standards
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
- Comprehensive background check with a clean criminal record
- Background check and Fingerprinting as part of the hiring process
