Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all indoor and outdoor facility areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors. Clean and sanitize surfaces including windows, walls, tables, and cameras, while disinfecting and restocking bathrooms and kitchen areas. Monitor cleaning supplies, empty trash receptacles, and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies. Available for occasional weekend work. Compensation is $17.50 with a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of standard custodial procedures and cleaning practices
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and chemical handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Be available for occasional weekend work as needed
