Custodial Technician

Custodial Technician responsible for performing a wide variety of custodial and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe, healthy, and sanitary environment for SCCMHA and its locations. Duties include cleaning offices, floors, and common areas; securing and restocking storage areas and cleaning equipment; light maintenance such as bulbs, doors, and locks; operating agency vehicles for deliveries and ice salt distribution; providing customer service to consumers, staff, and the public; moving and arranging furniture for meetings; securing buildings; responding to staff calls; and adhering to SCCMHA mission and safety principles. Requires ability to perform heavy physical labor, operate cleaning chemicals safely, and communicate effectively with diverse groups; requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one year of custodial experience; valid chauffeur’s license with clean driving record.
