Job Summary
Custodial Technician responsible for keeping facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. duties include cleaning interior rooms, emptying trash, replenishing supplies, inventory management of housekeeping items, performing general maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, floor buffing, minor repairs), restocking materials, and providing/supporting job coaching where applicable (SW location only). Must collaborate with team to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards; ideal candidate has hands-on experience, pride in organized, hygienic spaces, and a mission-driven mindset. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent and typically 2 years of institutional housekeeping/janitorial experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or HISET/GED preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience in institutional housekeeping or janitorial operations preferred
