Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate custodial staff during second shift, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and safety, maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and respond to urgent cleaning or maintenance requests. Train new custodial staff, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while communicating effectively with management and team members. This full-time weekend role requires availability for first-shift hours, a high school diploma, and at least two years of custodial experience with one year in supervision. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of custodial or janitorial experience
- at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work first shift hours
