Job Summary
Lead and support a small custodial team at a modern automotive technology facility by performing daily janitorial duties alongside employees. Train staff on cleaning procedures, quality expectations, and safety practices while monitoring work quality to maintain consistent standards. Assist with shift coordination, task assignments, and proper use of chemicals and equipment. This hands-on leadership role requires previous supervisor experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift. Work Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience
- Previous supervisor or team lead experience
- Reliable attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a professional office and technology environment
