Custodial Supervisor (Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 4:00pm)

Supervise a team of four part-time employees engaged in cleaning and maintaining federal customer premises, including hiring, directing work, and conducting performance reviews. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, addressing requests promptly and maintaining regular communication regarding site updates, progress, and concerns. Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage, assign tasks, and inspect completed work for conformance to quality standards while following manufacturer recommendations for all cleaning solutions and equipment. Maintain and order supplies, manage inventory, and resolve worker issues or refer matters to the manager as needed. Submit equipment repair requests and assist in performing duties as required.
