Custodial Supervisor (Full-Time) - 3rd Shift - Hickory (2550 US Hwy 70 SE)

Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure assigned accounts meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance. Inspect completed work, assign daily and periodic tasks, reassign personnel as needed, and ensure compliance with safety, security, timekeeping, and key control policies. Respond to customer requests and report maintenance or safety issues to management. This full-time role includes medical insurance, paid vacation, and 401k/403b plans. Schedule runs Monday-Thursday 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM and Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Valid license and reliable transportation required.
