Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning tasks including sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, restroom and break room cleaning, and supply replenishment. Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure assigned accounts meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Inspect completed work, assign daily and periodic cleaning tasks, reassign personnel as needed, and ensure compliance with safety, security, timekeeping, and key control policies. Respond to customer requests and report maintenance, safety, and security issues to management. This Full-Time 2nd Shift role (Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM) reports to the Site Supervisor at the Bogart location.
