Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning tasks including sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance. Supervise, train, and coordinate cleaning personnel to ensure assigned accounts meet quality standards and customer expectations. Inspect completed work, assign daily and periodic cleaning tasks, and reassign personnel as needed. Ensure all staff comply with company policies, safety protocols, timekeeping, and key control requirements. Respond to customer requests and report maintenance or security issues to management. This role reports to the Site Supervisor and is part of the Southeast janitorial service industry leader. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
