Job Summary
Supervise custodial staff on the 2nd shift, organizing daily work routines, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality standards through frequent area inspections using computer-aided systems. Lead safety initiatives by training employees on protective equipment, investigating accidents, and counseling staff on disciplinary actions. Manage equipment and consumable supplies, coordinate major cleaning projects and building emergencies like fire clean-ups or snow removal, and provide on-the-job training for new hires. Requires minimum one-year supervisory experience, college degree preferred, and full-time status with optional daily pay. Reports to the Site Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- College degree preferred but not required
