Custodial Staff (Part-Time Day Shift)

Job Summary
Custodial Staff needed for part-time, day-shift roles at Hall of Fame Village. Responsibilities include cleaning offices and common spaces, sanitizing surfaces, performing light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light fixtures, unclogging pipes), stocking cleaning supplies, and adhering to health and safety practices. Must be reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and capable of handling physical tasks in varying weather conditions. Schedule averages 24-30 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday 8:00am–1:00pm with potential for Saturday events. High School Diploma or GED and prior cleaning/custodial experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience as Housekeeper or Custodian desired
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be available to work in Canton, Ohio
