Job Summary
Oversee daily cleaning operations by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring fair, documented disciplinary practices. Conduct regular inspections, address service issues, and maintain records to implement improvements with site management. Train and mentor staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and policies while managing cleaning supply inventory and equipment. Lead janitorial teams to ensure high levels of service satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Requires previous supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management, with bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred. Full and part-time shifts available across all time slots including weekends.
