Job Summary
Lead by example in cleaning standards, safety, and professionalism while performing routine tasks like sweeping, mopping, and restroom cleaning. Open and secure school facilities at designated times, manage lighting for energy efficiency, and assign daily tasks to ensure quality. Conduct basic inspections, address service issues, and communicate site needs to the Area Supervisor. Train team members on procedures and maintain positive relationships with school staff. Support weekend and special event coverage, including sports tournaments and performances. This hands-on role requires independent work in classrooms, cafeterias, and grounds, with frequent lifting up to 25 pounds. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
