Job Summary
Custodial Maintenance Worker responsible for the cleanliness of building, offices and lavatories with routine manual work under supervisor guidance. Major duties include cleaning floors, walls, furniture, windows and lights, vacuuming carpet, stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpet, cleaning lavatories, removing trash and maintaining inventory of custodial supplies. Provides reliable support to ensure a sanitary, organized environment and collaborates with supervisor. Benefits package includes paid time off and comprehensive insurance options.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or its equivalent training and/or experience
- Knowledge of janitorial/cleaning practices
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in a standing position as required
- Dexterity
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Oral and written communication skills
