Job Summary
Maintain a clean and healthy environment at Union Hall in Queens, NY by performing hands-on cleaning and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas daily; performing minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs; unloading and storing deliveries; preparing floors and spaces for occupancy; removing garbage; snow/ice removal to ensure safe access; reporting routine observations to supervisory staff; and participating in training. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of custodial experience, familiarity with custodial equipment, overtime availability, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. May be on-call quarterly and collaborate with staff to ensure facilities remain safe and functional.
Required Qualifications
