Custodial Lead

Manage janitorial team performance, supervise daily activities, maintain supply inventory, and address employee performance issues with the housekeeping manager. Train current and new staff while executing general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, polishing marble and metalwork, dusting, and washing windows. Transport trash, replenish bathroom supplies, replace light bulbs, and set up meeting rooms. Requires minimum six months in cleaning and leadership experience; bilingual skills preferred. Full and part-time roles available across shifts and weekends.
