Job Summary
Custodial Lead responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provides work direction to custodial staff. Duties include performing janitorial tasks, scheduling and training staff, operating motorized cleaning equipment, maintaining inventory and supplies, conducting quality, service, and safety inspections, reporting incidents and hazards, ensuring proper PPE use, and assisting in corrective actions. Must have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and likely a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required. Shift options include 7am-4pm, 4pm-1am, or 10pm-7am; pay is $18-$19/hour. Equal opportunity employer SBM Management Services, LP.
