Job Summary
Floor Care Lead responsible for supervising and performing floor maintenance across multiple contracted sites, leading a floor care team, organizing weekly assignments and site rotations, operating and training on floor machines (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, vacuums), ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining supplies/inventory, onboarding new staff, and actively participating in floor care tasks while coordinating with site contacts and management.
Required Qualifications
- 1) Must have a valid driver’s license, pass background check, and drug test.
- 2) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in floor care (strip/wax, carpet cleaning, buffing).
- 3) Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- 4) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance and/or equipment.
- 5) Familiarity with OSHA regulations including Hazard Communication and Blood Borne Pathogens.
- 6) Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
