Job Summary

Supervise custodial projects and ensure completion of services as outlined in the statement of work while performing direct labor tasks like floor care and pressure washing. Coordinate crew schedules, drive company vehicles to transport individuals, and maintain precise activity logs and timesheets for each crew member. Provide job coaching support to assist with skills-building, social development, and communication techniques tailored to individual vocational goals. Communicate regularly with the Director of Commercial Operations to ensure contracts run efficiently and maintain positive relationships with site tenants. Complete all required paperwork, assessments, and training within specified timelines while adhering to agency policies and ADA standards.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • U.S. citizenship
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Effectively communicates and understands, reads, and writes in English
  • Passing federal background clearance and DSHS background check
  • Willing to submit to for-cause drug testing
  • Belief that all people can and should work
  • Able and willing to fulfill non-standard work hours to meet immediate, short-term coaching needs
  • Able to work with diverse populations in varied settings
  • Treats all people we serve with respect and relates in a warm, caring manner
  • Able to work well with people and demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Able to make quick and independent decisions
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management
  • Organized and efficient
  • Able to return phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Must have a cell phone
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to represent Cascade Connections in a professional manner to employers, people we serve, and other stakeholders
  • Valid Washington State driver's license
  • Reliable transportation (upon hire)
  • Clean driving record
  • Good credit history
  • U.S. bank account for direct deposit (upon hire)
  • First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (within 30 days of hire, prior to working unsupervised)
  • Bloodborne Pathogens Training (within 30 days of employment)
  • Orientation & Safety Training and Policy & Procedures Training (first day of employment)
  • Be familiar with ADA and reasonable accommodations
  • Adhere to the dress and appearance standards consistent with the position

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with people with disabilities in an employment setting
  • Commercial custodial experience, including floor care
