Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks across restrooms, concourses, seating areas, suites, and public spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors and walls. Empty trash and recycling receptacles, restock supplies, and respond promptly to spills and cleaning emergencies. Maintain cleanliness during events, address guest and staff requests, and assist with setup and breakdown as needed. Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and health guidelines while reporting hazards to supervisors. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations and provide excellent customer service. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays at Frontwave Arena, a state-of-the-art venue in Oceanside, California, home to the San Diego Clippers and San Diego Sockers.

Desired Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaner, floor scrubber) is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
